Kishan Digital Services provides customized software engineering, ERP design, database management, and mobile application development. The precise scope, requirements, milestone schedules, and costs of a project are finalized through a separate signed agreement or project proposal before coding begins.

If you receive logins, client credentials, or staging access keys to evaluate or operate our software dashboards, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your passwords and logging out securely to prevent unauthorized server events.
Payments for custom software development are structured in milestones as set out in the individual project proposal. Initial deposit milestones are non-refundable since they cover resources committed to project architecture mapping and UI design.
We treat all proprietary operational workflows, business databases, and ideas shared by our clients as strictly confidential. We sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before details are shared for scope estimation.
While we build secure architectures matching current software engineering practices, Kishan Digital Services is not liable for data loss, server downtime caused by third-party hosting partners (such as Hostinger, AWS, GoDaddy), or business profits lost due to technical disruption.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
